Carl and Liz Elford welcome you to Ithabisèng (Northern Sotho for “enjoy yourself”). We had a dream of owning and running a Guest Farm in the heart of the unspoiled Savannah in Limpopo Province, close to the foothills of the scenic Waterberg Mountains. Now that dream has become a reality.
Our small 8.5 hectares Guest Farm is home to wonderful examples of South Africa's magnificent bird life, a wide selection of reptiles, mammals and insects, a small number of Impala and Blesbok.
OUR SERVICES
Stay in one of our 4 self-catering cottages or our apartments and enjoy the private family atmosphere. We have a selection of games or books you may borrow. There is a lapa with a pool billiard table and dart board, also a lookout tower to enjoy the view from above.
We have a small swimming pool and the "Kid Corner" with different swings, 2 hammocks, a slide, a sand pit with playhouse, little jungle gym with monkey bars and a selection of outdoor toys and games. Watch the sun fade away as you sip a sun downer or sit around the fireplace under a million stars. Leave your stress behind you and come to enjoy the beautiful nature in the bushveld.
Wonderfully rustic furnished cottages and apartments and exceptional personal service await the discerning visitor. On request all units are serviced daily and the laundry facilities may be used.
